On January 8th, 2011 at the Church of the Good Shepard in Barre, Vermont, Green Mountain Gamers host Winter Weirdness, the third in an ongoing series of seasonal game days traveling around Vermont.

It's an open play free for all from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM in the Granite City. Bring your favorite game to share or try a game someone else brings to the table. Additionally, some folks are planning ahead for games that run long or take advance preparation, like role-playing games. So check out the Winter Weirdness for info on that:

How much: suggested donation of $5. Half of the donations made at the front door will go to Good Shepherd Church's charity of choice.

The Winter Weirdness page has updated with a selection of scheduled games, in addition to the usual open play options.

On tap titles include Gamma World, Android, Battlestar Galactica: The Board Game, Titan and a Ticket to Ride tournament.
