GURPS Castle Falkenstein is a tabletop roleplaying game set in an alternate 19th Century, in which magic works, and dragons and faeries exist. It focuses on a cold war being waged between the Seelie and Unseelie courts of Faerie and the human governments allied with them. There have been 2 GURPS sourcebooks and a Pyramid Magazine article published for the setting: GURPS Castle Falkenstein, GURPS Castle Falkenstein: The Ottoman Empire, and The Realm of the Inca.
They were written for the Third Edition rules, but characters can be updated to the Fourth Edition rules with the help of the GURPS Update conversion guide. The Fourth Edition equivalent of the magic system is the Energy Gathering variant of Path/Book Magic in GURPS Thaumatology, but if you don't have that book, you can just use the original rules with little trouble. The Faerie powers might be confusing to convert, however. Players can get help on the Steve Jackson Games GURPS Forum if needed.
In addition, there have been several sourcebooks published by R. Talsorian Games for their version of the game. These sourcebooks do not use the GURPS system, but can be converted.
