Changeling: The Lost

Part of White Wolf's new World of Darkness setting, Changeling: the Lost departs from its forebear in that player characters are people who were kidnapped by the Fae and held in servitude for some period of time in the faerie realm Arcadia. Play typically begins after the PCs have escaped back to the real world -- sometimes as they escape -- and from there centers around the characters coming to term with the changes they have suffered and trying to either reclaim their old lives or build new ones.
