In the future teams of clone soldiers made from donated samples from ordinary citizens scour planets of hostile lifeforms so colonists can move in. It's tough, deadly thankless work done by people concidered property, rewarded with bland harmless snippets of someone else's life if at all. It's like The Island meets Starship Troopers.
