Our weekly Friday night D&D group is going to have an opening for a new player (for the first time since we began playing in 2009) due to one of the group becoming a parent. We're looking for someone who fits with the group, both socially and with play style. The group has both men and women, ages 20s to 40s, and everyone is friendly, collaborative, responsible, and respectful of others. The PCs work together as a cooperative team, and support multiple different PC goals. There is no intra-party conflict. In the current campaign (based on Kingmaker modules, but our I have adjusted them), the PCs have established the beginnings of a kingdom and have begun adventuring through the bordering lands to discover new territory and thwart foreign threats. I try to be very creative, and put together multiple story threads, tricky puzzles, and challenging opponents. I also try to be flexible and am happy to include some player ideas and suggestions in the story.

Game system: Pathfinder (D&D 3.75), starting your PC at level 10 in existing campaign. Please be familiar with either the Pathfinder or D&D 3.5 ruleset.

Location: University district at Andrew & Anthony's apartment Starting date: probably December 7th.

Time: every Friday from 7 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Expectation: show up on time every week; it's okay to miss up to a session now and then -- just let everyone know in advance.

Food: we rotate dinner responsibilities, with one person providing dinner for the group (typically ordering pizza) and everyone else brings snacks.

If you're interested and believe it would be a good fit, please reply and then TBD!

Player seeking tabletop game group, prefer fantasy

Hello! Your gaming group sounds fantastic. I'm in the process of moving to Seattle, and have recently been wanting to play some D&D. I started playing tabletop RPGs when I was in middle school, and have never grown tired of them (I'm now 23).

I find it easy to get along with most people, and definitely prefer games where there's no inter-party conflict. Also, the idea of a player goal oriented campaign sounds pretty fun to me.

As I am still in the process of moving to Seattle, I can't promise that I can make it to a game until mid-January. I definitely need a little time to adjust and get things in order.

Oh, I know most of the rules of 3.5 by heart, although I have never played Pathfinder. The concept of it has been described to me, and it sounds like a good system.

I hope to hear back from you soon!
