Hi all,
MERC is an old RPG/skirmishing game from Fantasy Games Unlimited.
I'm looking at giving it a test run the afternoon/early evening of November 5. I have a couple of players already lined up, but it's always good to meet new people and network with other gamers.
I know it's short notice, but I'm hoping to find a couple of players before Saturday next. We will need to do a meet-and-greet at a neutral location before I invite anyone over to the apartment. I'm not a particularly judgmental person, but it's my apartment and you never know in this world.
I don't expect much more than beer-and-pretzels from this one-shot, but that's fine. Nothing too serious here: just messing around with a very old-fashioned, but not too complicated ruleset. If you don't mind the funky and the clunky, you might get some laughs out of this.
