Want to form a group in Kent, WA

Good evening, I live on the East Hill in Kent, and have an office in my house that would make a very decent space for gaming in with a large table that should seat 4-6 people comfortably.

I'm very flexible as far as system -- I have D&D 3.5 and 3.0 weighing down my shelves, but I've played neither (no D&D since 2nd Edition) so am not super familiar with the rules. I enjoy WFRP and for rules-light zany fun Over The Edge is a giggle.

I'm not fanatical about it but I do min/max to an extent and have been known to stack a modifier or two. I'm pretty green as a GM although I am willing to make the attempt if no one else wants the spotlight. I'm up for most any genre and can do silly or serious.

So -- would you have any interest in trying out a session over at my house some time in the not-too-distant future, and if it turns out to be a good fit perhaps form a gaming group on an ongoing basis?

Alternatively if you're currently grouped do you have an additional seat at your table so I could come and play too?

I'm in Tacoma, and I think Kent would be a bit of a trek for me... Currently, I'm only doing some semi-occasional gaming locally, though a couple folks drive down from Seattle for it. Haven't had anything like a steady RPG in over a year, hmm, a little depressing now that I think of it... Shame, really. I'm more a fan of story & investigation games than chopping monsters up into gruesome little pieces. The last thing I ran was a Call of Cthulhu game last October, and I don't really have a huge repertoire of games that I can put together, unfortunately.
