Twice Weekly D&D group (Su/Th) seeking player(s)

As is so often the case in the world of gaming, my group finds itself with a distinct problem with our player to DM ratio. While usually it seems that its DMs that are hard to find, we have exactly the opposite problem. Most D&D games work best with at least 4 (and as many as 6) players, whereas our group usually runs three players to one DM. This is more than functional, but at times can be difficult from the DM side of the table, as scaling encounters is a bit more difficult for three man teams than four plus.

After years of having friends occasionally show up or cancel at the last minute, we're looking beyond our own circles to see if we can't dredge up some fresh blood.

The Basics:

As in our profile, our group is made up of four guys who meet twice a week (Sunday and Thursday) to game. Our game of choice is usuall D&D, though we've been known to branch out on occasion. All four of us have, to one extent or another, succesfully sat in the big chair and ran our share of games. We play in a sort of rotating DM system, usually with at least two on going campaigns running at any given time. Currently, those campaigns are personalized versions of War of the Burning Sky and Warlords of the Accordlands, though there are several other interesting games on the horizon.

What we're looking for:

Someone genuinely interested in joining the group. We're a pretty laid back group who enjoy both the roleplaying and combat sides of d20 gaming, with more of an emphasis on the roleplaying than the combat. We're all pretty well versed in the rules of the game and are more than capable teachers for any potential players who don't necessarilly have the experience that we do. As an added bonus for those who may be interested after seeing our profile but are not certain that our brand of game is their cup of tea, we record our gaming sessions, and could easilly send interested parties copies of individual sessions to give you an idea of our style.

Anyone interested should feel free to send us a message/respond.

Thanks for your time.
