I created this group for anyone wanting to play an RPG but can't
due to inaccessibility, lack of player (or an over abundance of
worthless players), or any other reason I can't seem to think of
right now.
Here's the deal, I was in a group that played regularly for a
number of years and then moved a couple of years back due to
Hurricane Ike. We lost everything, gaming materials included, and
decided it would be best for the kids and us to relocate out of th
eflood plain and away from hurricanes, the storm not the drink.
Where that left me is in an area that has no gamers that I can
find to save my life. So I thoguht I would start searching for a
couple of liek minded individuals who are willing to give the
gaming via Skype a shot.
If you actually have some experience alls the better, let me
know. I really don't care what system it is, I'll learn anything at
this point, I just want to play.
I am not quite in you situation, or perhaps I just got the
group-less gamer status in a less traumatic way. My group has been
broken up via time zones and incompatible schedules. I'd love to
play regularly again. I prefer rules light(er) stuff, and less
traditional stuff (FAte 3.0, ORE, and such, but I could be talked
into others.

I've done some gaming via Skype, and it turned out pretty well
(albeit short; our DM did a lot of convention work, and he quickly
stopped having time to game with us). We found out that the FATE
system works surprisingly well for online games, and Dresden Files
has a great magic system.
I'd love to play some more FATE if anyone's looking for a group.
