I 've created what I believe will be a fun campaign for Big Eyes Small Mouth. I think of it as a cross between Appleseed, Ghost in the Shell, and Akira. I haven't decided on the powerlevels of the players yet, so this could be a really exciting world to adventure in. Post nuclear Neo-Tokyo. Players would either be mercenaries, police special opps force, or a bososoku motorcycle gang.
